1^st Castle Ltd. will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

If 1^st Castle Ltd. receives no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems. 

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver UK Mainland orders in 1-2 working days subject to availability, however if we have to place a supplier special order, delivery may be slightly longer. If the item ordered is out of stock we will contact you with the option to wait, choose an alternative or cancel the order.

Postage Pricing

Free delivery is available to all our UK customers on orders over £50, on larger items such as Helmets and Boots, we will send your item using a 24hr courier service. For smaller items such as gloves they will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class.

For item/s under £50 postage will be £5.49 inc VAT with UPS or other 24 hour courier, smaller items such as gloves will be send via Royal Mail 1st Class.
