ADVANCED COURSE

Once you have passed your test you may find you would like that extra bit of training to take your riding a step further. Our advanced course is a day - long course, from 9am until 3pm. We run these courses 7 days a week. The course is strictly one to one training, which means the course will always be modified around your wants and requirements. The course will cover things like higher speed safe riding, motorways, overtaking, country roads and other techniques to help you read the road better and further ahead, finding and optimising the apex of a bend etc, and the use of skills like counter-steering/counter-balancing and more advanced braking. People normally take this course using their own bike so they can get to know their bike and it's capabilities a bit better - we supply any fuel needed for the training.

Jon normally covers these courses as he has done advanced training courses for road and track riding and he is a keen rider on the track as well as the road.

BACK TO BIKING COURSE

For the motorcyclists coming back to biking after a few years that already hold a full motorcycle licence and would like some training before they get on their new bike. This course is designed to be a one - day training course from 9am until 3pm. We run these courses 7 days a week. This course is designed as a one to one training course; this way we can make sure the course is tailored to suit your needs. We supply the motorcycle and radio equipment hire for this day.

When you meet your instructor in the morning they will find out all about your previous riding experience and find out what you are hoping to gain from the day - they will then tailor the course to suit you. You can start the training off as basic as on the smaller 125cc machine on the off-road environment to get back into the swing of the controls, then move onto the road and then later on in the day move onto the larger 500cc machine as your confidence grows or it may be you are happy to start off on the larger bike.
